Genomics, quantum computers, and Netflix: the AWS cloud for science and business.

☁️ AWS as an innovation accelerator

How to shorten the path from idea to finished solution? This meeting shows how the AWS cloud actually supports research teams, startups, and public institutions in creating and scaling modern technology projects.

First, you'll see why AWS is much more than just servers. You'll learn how to launch infrastructure faster than physical hardware and how the technologies used by Netflix, NASA, and hundreds of global leaders are now available to every team—including those in academia.

The program includes five success stories from Polandspecific implementations in the areas of GenAI, data science, 3D graphics, and the public sector. We will show, among other things, how to build reliable AI agents in Amazon Bedrock, how research teams work on Jupyter Notebook in Amazon SageMaker, and how to launch a flexible environment for Unreal Engine in the cloud. There will also be examples of AI applications in the film industry and implementations of public systems based on Kubernetes (Amazon EKS).

Participants will also learn about AWS support programs that help move from idea to production solution. We will discuss prototype funding through Proof of Concept (PoC), free architecture reviews through Well-Architected Framework Review (WAFR), and application migration and modernization support through the Migration Acceleration Program (MAP).

A practical look at the cloud as a tool for real innovation—available here and now.
