Cloud Security with Microsoft products

Key information:

April 23 (Thursday)

9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Microsoft Warsaw Office
(Aleje Jerozolimskie 195A)

Why is it worth participating?

During the workshop, we will present a practical approach to building a modern and secure remote working environment in an organization, which increases the level of protection and simplifies IT management.

The event is co-organized with the support of technology partners Microsoft and ARROW, which guarantees that the scenarios presented are in line with the current development directions of the Microsoft platform and best implementation practices.

We will show you, among other things, how to directly connect computers to Entra ID, use Windows Autopilot for fast and convenient onboarding of users at home, integrate the environment with Microsoft Defender, and efficiently migrate from GPO to the Modern Management model. We will also discuss passwordless login using Windows Hello for Business, which increases security and user comfort.

We will broaden the security perspective to include effective protection of data and cloud resources – we will show how Microsoft Purview enables information classification, data leak prevention (DLP), access management, and compliance, and how Defender for Cloud helps strengthen cloud security, detect threats, and enforce security policies.

In the face of a growing number of cyber threats, effective protection of company resources is a key element of business continuity. In the practical part, we will show you how to configure Defender for Endpoint to secure Windows computers and mobile devices, as well as how the system automatically isolates a device from the network when an incident is detected, limiting risk and potential losses.
